Refund Policy

At FastPost AI, we strive to provide the best possible service to our users. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding subscription payments.

Subscription Cancellations

Creator Plan subscriptions can be cancelled at any time directly from your account settings. When you cancel, future billing will be stopped immediately. You will continue to have access to the Creator Plan features until the end of your current paid billing period.

No Refunds

All payments made for FastPost AI subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We do not issue partial refunds for the current billing period after a payment has been processed.

Exceptions

In rare circumstances (such as duplicate charges or billing errors on our end), exceptions may be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have been charged in error, please reach out to us at support@fastpost-ai.vercel.app within 48 hours of the charge.
