By accessing or using FastPost AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Service Tiers and Limits

Free Plan

The Free Plan allows users to generate up to 8 posts per day and 15 replies per day. These limits reset daily at midnight UTC.

Creator Plan

The Creator Plan is available for $12.99 per month. It includes unlimited post generation, unlimited replies, access to the Chrome extension, and priority AI model access. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis and can be canceled at any time from your account settings.

3. Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to Creator Plan features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FastPost AI only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the service for spam automation or generating abusive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Violating the Terms of Service of X (formerly Twitter) or any other integrated platform.
• Attempting to circumvent service limits or reverse-engineer the application.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms, without prior notice or refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

FastPost AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
